In Person	Festival City Theatres operates a friendly and efficient Box Office. The Box Office for the Festival Theatre is located in the foyer to the right of the entrance and is open Monday to Saturday 10am-8pm (6pm on non-performance nights) and from 4pm on performance Sundays. The King's Theatre Box Office is located to the right of the entrance and is open from Monday – Saturday 1pm to curtain-up (6pm on non-performance nights) and 1 hour before performance on performance Sundays.

Conditions of Sale No refunds. Exchanges available up to 24 hours prior to original performance for another performance of the same event at a charge of 10% per ticket. Resales will only be offered for sold-out performances. Contact the box office for details. Concessions are subject to availability and are at the discretion of the Box Office Manager. Discounts and special offers apply to full price tickets and only one is allocated per ticket. Programme and casting subject to change without notice. Latecomers will not be seated until a suitable break in the performance, which may be the interval. We reserve the right to refuse admission.
